Gary is the owner/broker of 49 Square Realty Group, Inc. which is a real estate brokerage and property management company focusing on residential investment properties located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. 49 Square Realty Group provides comprehensive property management services to a broad mix of investors from single property investments to multi-unit high rise buildings in San Francisco. As the broker, Gary manages a staff of accountants, building managers, leasing, administrative, independent contractors maintenance and custodial personnel and focuses on maximizing the annual return to the owners of the investment properties he manages. The company also works closely in a brokerage capacity with real estate investors and developers.
Gary has managed income property in San Francisco since 2001. He was responsible for the management of 2500 units, provided direct supervision to three district managers and numerous building managers, custodial and maintenance staff personnel.
He was the managing partner of Homeowners Finance Center from 1991 to 2009. He has originated numerous single family residential, multi-family and commercial loans, and he was a National Mortgage Loan Originator approved up until 2013. Gary has been licensed to practice real estate in the state of California since 1988. He became licensed as a real estate broker in 1991. He has over twenty-seven years of experience in the real estate industry.
Tina has worked with 49 Square Realty Group since its inception. She currently oversees the accounting department and works in the field coordinating rehab and construction projects. Tina has been in the property management and real estate services for over twenty-seven years.
Chuck has been involved with real estate his whole life. From working as a carpenter while in college to getting his California Real Estate Broker’s license in 2004.
Since 2009 he has been working with the 49 Square Realty Group buildings as a leasing agent. He currently focuses on marketing vacant units and finding perfect tenants. Over the years he has worked with several property management firms in San Francisco and has been involved in the leasing of over 350 different buildings. Chuck also provides brokerage services for buyers and sellers and is happy to consult with property owners about to maximize your investments.
